Return of goods

• Goods purchased in the Redlight.lt online store can be returned (exchanged) within 14 days without giving a reason.
• Inform us about the exchange or return of the product by e-mail [email protected].
• In the e-mail, you must indicate the order number, the reason for the return/exchange and the number of the bank account to which you want to receive the refund. In the case of an exchange, indicate the product received and the product for which you want to exchange it.
• The buyer is responsible for organizing the return of the goods. The goods can be returned via Venipak or DPD couriers.
• Please start the return process only after you receive confirmation from the RedLight.lt administration by e-mail. by mail.
• We will respond to your return request within 1 business day.

You can return the goods for the following reasons:

• You are not satisfied with the expiration date of the goods received.
• The goods you ordered were damaged during transportation (you can refuse the goods by writing the reason for refusal on the courier’s waybill).
• You are not satisfied with the color, size or other characteristics of the goods received.
• You did not receive the ordered product.

Conditions for returning or exchanging goods:

• The returned product must not have lost its commercial appearance, be unused and in its original packaging.
• The returned product must be in the same condition as when it was received.
• The returned product must be securely packaged.
