BENDROSIOS NUOSTATOS
UAB „Seal Group“, juridinio asmens kodas 306194807, buveinės adresas Girulių g. 10-201, LT-12112 Vilnius, Lietuva (toliau – Bendrovė), yra interneto svetainės ir elektroninės parduotuvės www.redlight.lt (toliau – REDLIGHT) savininkė ir valdytoja.
Bendrovė supranta Jūsų asmens duomenų apsaugos svarbą ir gerbia Jūsų teisę žinoti apie Jūsų asmens duomenų tvarkymą per REDLIGHT.
Atsižvelgdama į tai, Bendrovė parengė šią privatumo politiką (toliau – Privatumo politika), kurioje paaiškinama, kokie asmens duomenys renkami ir tvarkomi, kai lankotės REDLIGHT ir naudojatės jos paslaugomis, kodėl tvarkomi asmens duomenys, kas daroma su asmens duomenimis, ir kiti asmens duomenų tvarkymo aspektai, kurie jums gali būti aktualūs.
Ši privatumo politika parengta vadovaujantis Bendruoju duomenų apsaugos reglamentu (ES) 2016/679 (toliau – Reglamentas), Lietuvos Respublikos asmens duomenų teisinės apsaugos įstatymu ir kitais asmens duomenų tvarkymui taikomais teisės aktais.
Prieš naudodamiesi REDLIGHT, atidžiai perskaitykite šią privatumo politiką. Kurdami naudotojo paskyrą (registruodamiesi) patvirtinate, kad perskaitėte ir supratote šią Privatumo politiką.
Jei nesutinkate su šia Privatumo politika, prašome nesinaudoti REDLIGHT.
KAS YRA ASMENS DUOMENYS?
Asmens duomenys – tai bet kokia informacija, susijusi su fiziniu asmeniu, kurio tapatybė nustatyta arba kurio tapatybę galima tiesiogiai ar netiesiogiai nustatyti pagal identifikatorių, pavyzdžiui, vardą, pavardę, e. pašto adresą, telefono numerį ir pan.
KAS YRA ASMENS DUOMENŲ TVARKYMAS?
Tvarkymas – tai bet koks su asmens duomenimis atliekamas veiksmas ar veiksmų visuma, pavyzdžiui, rinkimas, įrašymas, kaupimas, saugojimas, keitimas (papildymas ar taisymas), atskleidimas, naudojimas, naikinimas ar bet koks kitas veiksmas ar veiksmų visuma.
KAS TVARKO JŪSŲ ASMENS DUOMENIS NAUDODAMASIS REDLIGHT?
Asmens duomenis tvarko duomenų valdytojas. Šioje privatumo politikoje duomenų valdytojas yra Bendrovė, t. y. KOKIAIS TIKSLAIS JŪSŲ ASMENS DUOMENYS TVARKOMI NAUDOJANT „REDLIGHT“?
Asmens duomenys tvarkomi šiais tikslais:
- For the purpose of conducting e-commerce in order to conveniently conclude and properly execute contracts for the purchase of goods offered by us;
- For the purpose of administering enquiries, in order to identify the enquirer and to respond appropriately to enquiries;
- For the purpose of direct marketing, in order to carry out direct marketing and to provide offers to purchase the goods offered by us, to inform about discounts and to disseminate content of a similar nature;
- For the purpose of improving e-commerce and REDLIGHT to make your visit to REDLIGHT as convenient as possible for users, i.e. you.
The Company does not process personal data for any other purposes incompatible with the above purposes.
HOW IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA OBTAINED WHEN USING REDLIGHT?
Personal data is obtained in the following ways:
- By you providing your personal data yourself. You provide your personal data when you create a user account (registration) or after you create an account, when you shop or when you make a request to REDLIGHT;
- From third parties. With your consent, we receive data from Facebook when you create or create a REDLIGHT user account by linking it to your Facebook account;
- When you use REDLIGHT. When you use REDLIGHT, certain information (such as the number of visits to REDLIGHT, the amount of time spent on REDLIGHT, etc.) is collected automatically by means of cookies.
ON WHAT LEGAL GROUNDS IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED THROUGH REDLIGHT
Personal data may be processed on the following grounds:
- On the basis of your consent. You choose to provide your consent by creating a user account (registration) or by submitting a request to REDLIGHT. You can withdraw your consent by emailing us at [email protected];
- On the basis of the conclusion and performance of contracts – personal data processed for the purpose of conducting e-commerce;
- On the basis of the legitimate interests of the Company
CAN YOUR PERSONAL DATA BE TRANSFERRED TO THIRD PARTIES?
Personal data may be transferred to third parties for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or in order for the Company to comply with statutory requirements: service providers – data processors. For example, personal data may be transferred or access to personal data may be granted to:
- Courier/delivery companies that deliver goods purchased from REDLIGHT;
- Warehousing and packaging service providers who store and package goods purchased from REDLIGHT;
- Information technology companies that provide server rental or programming services;
- Information technology companies providing server rental or programming services;
- Companies that provide marketing or messaging services through which you receive offers and newsletters;
- Accounting service providers who maintain the Company’s accounting records, as well as service providers who manage the accounting software used by the Company.
This list is only illustrative and personal data may also be transferred to other third parties who help to achieve the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, as well as who help the Company to comply with the requirements of the legislation governing its activities.
Personal data may also be transferred to public authorities and law enforcement agencies if required by law or in order to protect the legitimate interests of the Company.
We emphasise that in all cases:
- Only the personal data necessary for the purpose of processing are transferred;
- The aim is to ensure (through the conclusion of personal data processing contracts) that third parties have implemented organisational and technical measures to ensure security and maintain the confidentiality of personal data.
CAN YOU OBJECT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA USING REDLIGHT?
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. This right enables you to object to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation, provided that your personal data is processed on the basis of the legitimate interests of the Company. If you object, your personal data may only be processed if the Company demonstrates that the reasons for processing your personal data override your interests, rights and freedoms, or if your personal data are necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
You may exercise your right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time and without giving any reasons.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS AND HOW ARE THEY EXERCISED WHEN USING REDLIGHT?
You have the following rights:
- The right to receive information about the processing of personal data. This right enables you to request all information relating to the processing of your personal data. This information can be found in this Privacy Policy or by making a request to the Company electronically;
- The right of access to the personal data processed. This right enables you to know whether your personal data is being processed, which of your personal data is being processed, the purposes for which it is being processed, etc.
- This right also gives you the possibility to obtain copies of your personal data processed;
- The right to request rectification of the personal data processed. This right gives you the opportunity to have your personal data which is inaccurate, incomplete or otherwise misleading, corrected, supplemented or rectified;
- The right to request the removal of personal data („right to be forgotten”). This right allows you to request that your personal data be erased. You can only exercise this right if: 1) the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were processed; 2) you withdraw your consent to the processing of the data and there is no other basis for processing the data (applicable if the data are processed solely on the basis of your consent); 3) you do not consent to the processing of the data on the basis of the legitimate interests of the Company and there are no legitimate grounds for the processing of the data that override your objection to processing the data; 4) the data are processed unlawfully; or 5) the data are subject to erasure in accordance with a statutory legal obligation imposed on the Company by legislation.
- The right to erasure of personal data may not be exercised in the cases provided for in the Regulation and other legal acts (for example, if your personal data is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims);
- Once this right has been exercised, the Company has the right to continue to store your personal data.
The Company may only process this personal data: 1) with your consent; 2) for the establishment, exercise and defence of legal claims; 3) for the protection of another natural or legal person; 4) for imperative reasons of public interest; - The right to portability of personal data. This right allows you to request that your personal data be provided in a structured, commonly used and computer-readable format and to request that your personal data be transferred to another data controller. You can only exercise this right where: 1) the processing is carried out with your consent or under a contract between you and the Company; and 2) the processing is carried out by automated means;
- The right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data. This right enables you to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. You can only exercise this right where the processing of your personal data is based on your consent.
You can exercise these rights by submitting requests to [email protected]. You can also exercise your right of access to your personal data by using REDLIGHT’s functionality to download information about your orders and to see the personal data you have provided with your account. You can also exercise your right to be forgotten by deleting your account or part of your account data from REDLIGHT.
The Company will respond to your request and provide you with information about the action taken on your request after having read and assessed your request, within a reasonable period of time, but at the latest within one month of receipt of your request. This period may be extended by a further two months, depending on the complexity of the request and the action to be taken.
If the request is repetitive, excessive or manifestly unfounded, the Company may charge a reasonable fee for carrying out the action requested.
If the Company has doubts about your identity, the Company may ask you to confirm your identity before proceeding with the request.

FINAL PROVISIONS
The Company shall make proportionate and reasonable efforts to keep all personal data secure through organisational and technical measures.
This Privacy Policy shall be reviewed once every 2 (two) years and updated as necessary.
